1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to KeysnChords.com ("we," "our," or "us"). By enrolling in our music programs or accessing any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our platform or registering for lessons.

2. Fees and Payments

2.1 All fees for classes must be paid in advance.
2.2 Payments received after the 7th day of any month will attract a late fee of 5%.
2.3 The selected fee plan cannot be extended or modified except in the case of a verified medical emergency.
2.4 Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstance, regardless of attendance or continuation of the course.

3. Classes and Scheduling

3.1 The 1-class-per-week plan includes up to four sessions per month, while the 2-classes-per-week plan covers up to eight sessions. Crash course packages are capped at twenty sessions per month.
3.2 Students enrolled in the 1-class-per-week plan are eligible for one makeup class per month, and those in the 2-classes-per-week plan may receive up to two makeup classes.
3.3 All makeup classes must be scheduled and completed within the same calendar month and cannot be carried over to subsequent months.
3.4 Availability of makeup sessions depends on the schedule of the assigned instructor. If a student misses a makeup session, no additional class will be provided in its place.
3.5 In the event that a regular teacher is unavailable, we reserve the right to assign a substitute teacher. If a substitute is not available, the missed class will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

4. Course Materials and Exams

4.1 Certain lessons may require students to use specific books or materials. It is the responsibility of the student or parent to obtain and bring the necessary printed or purchased material to class.
4.2 For students enrolled in an exam track, the official exam book along with the accompanying backing tracks must be purchased and used during lessons. Original copies are mandatory.

5. Classroom Policy

5.1 While classes are in session, parents are not permitted to join the online or in-person classroom environment. They may reach out to instructors after the session to discuss concerns or receive updates.
5.2 We expect students to maintain appropriate behavior and discipline during each session, both online and offline.

6. Modifications to Terms

KeysnChords.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. It is the responsibility of the user to review the Terms regularly and remain informed about any changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of India, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law.
