Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
At KeysnChords.com ("we," "our," or "us"), we understand that schedules may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for canceling booked music lessons and services through our platform. By using our services, you agree to follow the conditions stated below.
2. Cancellations by Students
2.1 Notice Requirements
Students must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled class time in order to cancel a single session.
For package plans or monthly subscriptions, cancellations must be communicated at least 7 days before the start of the next billing cycle.
2.2 Credits and Refunds
If a class is canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice, a makeup credit will be issued as per our Makeup Policy. No monetary refunds will be offered.
For package or subscription cancellations made with 7 days’ notice before a new billing cycle, a prorated credit will be applied for the unused portion of the plan. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2.3 No-Show Policy
If a student does not attend a scheduled class and no prior cancellation notice is given, the class will be marked as completed. No makeup credit or refund will be granted in such cases.
3. Cancellations by KeysnChords.com
3.1 Notice and Alternatives
In the event that we must cancel a class due to unforeseen situations such as instructor illness or technical issues, we will provide advance notice whenever possible and offer a rescheduled time or a makeup credit.
3.2 Compensation
If a class is canceled by us, students may opt to reschedule or receive a full class credit to their account for future use. Refunds will not be processed.
4. How to Cancel a Class or Plan
To cancel an individual class, package, or subscription, please log in to your account at www.keysnchords.com, navigate to your bookings section, and follow the cancellation instructions provided on your dashboard.
5. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be published on our website and become effective immediately upon posting. Users are encouraged to review this policy regularly.
